Informativa sui Cookie
- di prima parte (first-party): impostati direttamente dal Sito;
--- A. Cookie tecnici e necessari (prima parte) ---
- Durata: fino a 12 mesi.
- Parte: prima parte.
- Durata: fino a 12 mesi.

- Parte: terza parte.
8. Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.)

This document describes the types of cookies and similar technologies used by the L'Impastautore website (hereinafter "the Website"), the purposes for which they are used, their retention periods, and how users can manage their preferences. The Data Controller is Alessandro Schieri, Società semplice (simple partnership under Italian law), with registered office at Via Chiesa di Redù 34, 41015 Nonantola (MO), Italy, VAT No. 02389840360, Tax Code SCHLSN75E19C107J.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites send to a user's device (computer, smartphone, tablet) during browsing and that are stored in the browser. On each subsequent visit, the browser sends them back to the website that generated them, allowing the website to recognise the device and remember certain information (such as language preferences or authentication status).
In addition to cookies in the strict sense, there are analogous local storage technologies, such as the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage, which allow data to be stored on the user's device without being automatically transmitted to the server with every HTTP request. This document refers to all such technologies collectively, except where it is necessary to distinguish between them.
Cookies may be:
- First-party: set directly by the Website;
- Third-party: set by domains other than the Website's domain, belonging to third parties whose services are integrated into the pages.
2. Types of Cookies and Similar Technologies Used by the Website
The Website uses exclusively the following categories of cookies and storage technologies. No analytical, profiling, or marketing cookies are present.
--- A. Technical and Necessary Cookies (First-Party) ---
These cookies are essential for the correct functioning of the Website and do not require the user's consent.
1. Session cookies
- Purpose: to maintain the browsing session state (e.g. the contents of the shopping cart during the purchase process, temporary authentication).
- Duration: session (deleted when the browser is closed).
- Party: first-party.
2. Preference cookies
- Purpose: to store the user's choices regarding the display of the Website (e.g. selected language or other interface settings).
- Duration: up to 12 months.
- Party: first-party.
3. Cookie banner (consent) cookies
- Purpose: to record the preferences expressed by the user via the cookie banner, so as not to re-display the consent request on each visit and to correctly apply the choices made.
- Duration: up to 12 months.
- Party: first-party (managed by the WebVoyage platform).
--- B. Third-Party Cookies and Resources (Subject to Consent) ---
The following third-party services are integrated into the Website's pages. When a page is loaded, the user's browser establishes a direct connection with the third-party provider's servers, automatically transmitting the user's IP address and other technical browser data. These services may set their own cookies or use local storage technologies.
4. Google Fonts (Google LLC)
- Purpose: loading of typographic fonts used on the Website from Google's servers.
- Data transmitted: IP address, technical browser data (user agent, language).

- Duration: not applicable (HTTP request on page load).
- Party: third-party.
- Transfer outside the EEA: Google LLC is based in the United States. The transfer is based on Google LLC's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR) and, subsidiarily, on Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Google Maps (Google LLC)
- Purpose: display of geographic maps embedded in the Website's pages.
- Data transmitted: IP address, technical browser data, approximate location (if granted by the user), interactions with the map.
- Cookies/storage: Google Maps may set its own cookies and use localStorage for the widget's operation.

- Technical and necessary cookies (Section A): the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and on the necessity to provide the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No prior consent is required from the user for these cookies.
- Third-party cookies and resources (Section B): the processing is based on the user's express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner displayed on the Website before the third-party services are loaded.
